I Know What It Feels Like to Be Good Enough—and Still Be Invisible.

I grew up in a South Dakota town of fewer than 10,000 people. I loved basketball, worked at basketball, and believed basketball could take me somewhere.

But there was one problem:

Nobody knew I was there.

College coaches didn’t know me.
And if I’m being truthful, I didn’t know most of those colleges either.

I never played college basketball.

Somehow, my journey still led me overseas, where I was blessed to spend 15 years playing professionally in different countries.

But I’ve always wondered how different the beginning of my story might have been if I had access to what athletes have today.

That’s why I created ROSTERFIT360.

I wanted the kid in the small town to be able to see the same opportunities as the kid in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, or Los Angeles.

I wanted a player to be able to say:

“Show me players across the country who are my height, my position, my class, and play my role. Now show me where I fit.”

That’s what ROSTERFIT360 is about.

Not promising everybody a scholarship.
Not telling everybody they’re going Division I.
Helping you find the opportunity that actually fits you.

Because somewhere out there is a school you may have never heard of—and somewhere out there is a coach who may be looking for exactly the kind of player you are.

Don’t let distance, geography, or lack of exposure decide your future.

Find Your Fit. Find Your Future.
